تحقيق زيادة مطردة في المستوى الإجمالي لما تقدمه من مساهمات خارج إطار الميزانية، وتعزيز وتوسيع قاعدة الجهات المانحة للمركز لأجل ضمان توافر الموارد المادية والتقنية الكافية لمشاريع دعم الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، وكذلك لسائر المشاريع والبرامج؛

Increase in a sustained manner their overall level of extrabudgetary contributions and strengthen and broaden the donor base of the Centre in order to ensure the availability of adequate material and technical resources for projects in support of the Convention and the protocols thereto, as well as other projects and programmes;
