According to the present invention, when the anti-atopic cream is applied to a DNCB induced atopic dermatitis mouse, the blood IgE is reduced and at the same time the amount of discharged histamine produced from the mast cells is suppressed, thereby making it possible to provide an anti-atopic cream having a therapeutic effect in atopic dermatitis.
