Whoever, in the course of warfare, attack an undefended locality or a facility, hospital zone or uses any other means of warfare prohibited by international law, shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a minimum term of 5 years, or the penalty of deprivation of liberty for 25 years.

Toda persona que, en el transcurso de la guerra, ataque localidades o instalaciones indefensas o utilice cualesquiera otros medios bélicos prohibidos en derecho internacional será condenada a una pena de privación de libertad de 5 a 25 años.

Quiconque, en temps de guerre, attaque une localité, une installation ou un hôpital sans défense, ou recourt à tout autre moyen de guerre interdit par le droit international, encourt une peine minimale d’emprisonnement de cinq ans ou une peine d’emprisonnement de vingt‐cinq ans.
