ولا بد من إحياء مصداقية الأمم المتحدة، وألا تنشر البلدان المساهمة بقوات إلا قوات جيدة التدريب وعلى درجة عالية من الانضباط كيما يتسنى تصويب أفضل الممارسات المتبعة في الماضي القريب وتحسينها.

The credibility of the United Nations has to be resurrected, and troop-contributing countries must deploy highly disciplined and well-trained troops so that best practices of the recent past in that regard can be corrected and improved.
