146 Clause 11 ITR 8308.2 Prescribed Amount for Member of Foreign Plan Section 8308.2 of the Regulations prescribes a reduction in the amount of an individual’s new RRSP deduction room for a year if the individual accrued benefits in the previous year under an unregistered foreign pension plan in respect of employment that did not relate to a business carried on in Canada.
