The aim is to provide them with communication skills that will help them to improve relations at the individual and group levels and with information on the multicultural nature of life in Brussels and their clients’ socio-cultural background, in the context of the history of immigration in general; and to develop ways of making their training more relevant to the various cultural groups.

Con ello se pretende que cuenten con herramientas de comunicación para mejorar las relaciones individuales y de grupo e informarlos sobre las realidades multiculturales de Bruselas y el contexto sociocultural de la población, vinculando todo ello con la historia de la inmigración en general, y elaborar métodos que mejoren la relación pedagógica con grupos de cultura diferente.

Les objectifs poursuivis sont de leur donner des outils de communication pour améliorer la relation individuelle et la relation au groupe, les informer des réalités multiculturelles bruxelloises, du contexte socioculturel du public tout en faisant le lien avec l’histoire de l’immigration en général et de développer des méthodes qui améliorent la relation pédagogique avec des milieux de culture différente.

Цель обучения - вооружить учащихся коммуникационными средствами для повышения культуры индивидуальных отношений и отношений в работе с группой; ознакомить их с реалиями различных культурных сообществ брюссельского региона и социально-культурными особенностями населения в совокупности с изучением и общей истории иммиграционных процессов, а также разработать методы, повышающие педагогическое воздействие в работе с представителями иных культурных укладов.
