தொழில்நுட்ப மேம்பாட்டு அம்சத்தை அதிகரித்தல், இயக்க அடிப்படையிலான வேதிப்பொருள் பொறியியல் மேம்பாட்டுக்கான தேவை, மூலக்கூறுகளைத் தடையில்லாமல் ஒருங்கிணைப்பதற்கான நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட இலக்குகள், இந்தியாவில் பொது உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளுடன் கூடிய பெரிய அளவிலான மருந்து உற்பத்தி தொகுப்பிடங்களை உருவாக்குதல், செலவைக் குறைக்கும் விதமாகவும் ஃபுளோரின் சேர்க்கும் முறையிலும் செயல் முறைகளின் படிநிலைகளை குறைப்பதற்கான உயிர்வினையூக்கம் முறையை உருவாக்குவதற்கான தொழில்நுட்ப உள்கட்டமைப்பு அதிக அளவிலும் தொழில்நுட்ப பொருளாதார வகையில் ஏற்புடையதாக இருக்கும் வகையிலும், நொதித்தல் பிரிவில் முதலீட்டுக்கு முன்னுரிமை தருதல், ஆபத்தான வேதிவினைகள், தொடர் வேதிவினை நிகழ்வு, கிரையோஜெனிக் வினைகள் மற்றும் ஊடுசவ்வுத் தொழில்நுட்பம் ஆகியவற்றை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் இந்த வேதிப்பொருள் பொறியியலின் கீழ் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
