أعلنت جمهورية الصين الشعبية نيابة عن منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة سبعة تحفظات وإعلانات تتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية على منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة مولية في ذلك الاعتبار الواجب لظروف هذه المنطقة.
