Mittels der Kovarianzanalyse (ANCOVA), möchte man herausfinden, wie das Gewicht der Kinder in Abhängigkeit vom Geschlecht (eine qualitative Variable, die die Werte w und m annimmt), von ihrer Grösse, von Ihrem Alter variiert und zu überprüfen, ob ein lineares Modell Sinn macht.
