The present invention comprises: an embedding thread of 70-90% by weight mixed with a mixture of any one of or two or more of a poly-dioxanone, glycolide-catoproractone polymer, a polyglycolic acid, and a glycolide-lactide copolymer; and an Astragalus membranaceus extract of 10-30% by weight mixed with the embedding thread so as to permeate into the same.
