وإذا كانت هناك قرائن كافية للتهمة، تحيل دائرة الاتهام إلى دائرة الاختصاص (محكمة الجُنح أو الدائرة الجنائية للمحكمة الابتدائية)، للبت في جميع التهم الناشئة عن الإجراء.

If there is prima facie evidence of the commission of an offence, the indictment chamber sends the accused before the competent court (criminal court or criminal division of a court of first instance), having given rulings on all the counts established during the proceedings.

Si existen presunciones suficientes de culpabilidad, la sala de acusación remite al inculpado ante el tribunal competente (tribunal penal o sala de lo penal del tribunal de primera instancia), pronunciándose sobre todos los cargos formulados en la instrucción.
