(১) এই আইন প্রবর্তনের পর, যতশীঘ্র সম্ভব, সরকার সরকারি গেজেটে প্রজ্ঞাপন দ্বারা, একজন চেয়ারম্যান এবং জীববৈচিত্র্য, বন ও বন্যপ্রাণী সংরক্ষণে অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিদের মধ্য হতে প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক সদস্য সমন্বয়ে বন্যপ্রাণী উপদেষ্টা বোর্ড নামে একটি বোর্ড গঠন করবে।

As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, constitute a Board to be called the Wildlife Advisory Board consisting of a Chairman and necessary number of members from among the persons with expertise in conservation of biodiversity, forests and wildlife.
