Your license to each App Store Product that you obtain through the App Stores is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), and you agree that the terms of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement will apply to each App Store Product that you license through the App Stores, unless that App Store Product is covered by a valid end user license agreement between you and the Publisher of that App Store Product, in which case the terms of that separate end user license agreement will govern.

Asiakkaan käyttöoikeus kuhunkin App Store Palveluiden kautta hankittuun App Store -Tuotteeseen edellyttää, että asiakas etukäteen hyväksyy tämän Lisensoidun Sovelluksen Loppukäyttäjälisenssisopimuksen (”Vakio EULA”). Asiakkaan tulee myös hyväksyä se, että tämän Vakio EULA:n ehdot soveltuvat kuhunkin App Store -Palveluiden kautta lisensoituun App Store -Tuotteeseen, ellei App Store -Tuotteeseen sovellu voimassaoleva loppukäyttäjälisenssisopimus, joka on tehty asiakkaan ja kyseisen App Store -Tuotteen Julkaisijan välillä, missä tapauksessa, kyseisen erillisen loppukäyttäjälisenssisopimuksen ehdot määräävät.
