وفي إطار المبادرة المشتركة بين منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي ومنظمة التجارة العالمية، أنشأت منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي فريقا استشاريا تقنيا لضمان وجود اتفاق واسع النطاق على طبيعة الافتراضات يسُتند إليه في وضع جدول عالمي عن المدخلات والمخرجات.
