For the purposes of that Act, an association is any form of free and voluntary association of natural or legal persons which, in order to protect their interests or promote the protection of human rights and freedoms, and environmental, humanitarian, informative, cultural, ethnic, pronatalist, educational, social, professional, sports, technical, health care, scientific and other convictions and objectives, and without the intention of gaining profit, submit themselves to the rules that regulate the organisation and activities of that form of association.

En el sentido de esta ley, una asociación es cualquier forma de asociación libre y voluntaria de personas físicas o jurídicas que, con el fin de proteger sus intereses o promover la protección de los derechos humanos y las libertades de la persona, y los objetivos y convicciones de carácter ambiental, humanitario, informativo, cultural, étnico, favorable a la natalidad, educativo, social, profesional, deportivo, técnico, sanitario, científico o de otra índole, y sin fines de lucro, se someten a las normas que rigen la organización y las actividades de ese tipo de asociación.

Au sens de cette loi, on entend par association toute forme d’association libre et volontaire de personnes physiques ou morales qui, en vue de protéger leurs intérêts ou de promouvoir la protection des droits de l’homme et des libertés, et les objectifs et convictions à caractère environnemental, humanitaire, informatif, culturel, ethnique, nataliste, éducatif, social, professionnel, sportif, technique, sanitaire, scientifique ou d’une autre nature, et sans but lucratif, respectent les règles régissant l’organisation et les activités de ce type d’association.

Для целей данного закона ассоциация означает любую форму свободного и добровольного объединения физических или юридических лиц, которые для защиты своих интересов или для содействия защите прав и свобод человека и отстаивание природоохранных, гуманитарных, информационных, культурных, этнических, пронаталистских, образовательных, социальных, профессиональных, спортивных, технических, медицинских, научных и иных убеждений и задач, не преследуя при этом коммерческих целей, обязуются соблюдать правила, регулирующие организацию и деятельность такого рода объединения.
