I have the honour to transmit to you herewith the communiqué and its attachment adopted at the 64th meeting of the Development Committee (Joint Ministerial Committee of the Board of Governors of the Bank and the Fund on the Transfer of Real Resources to Developing Countries) held in Ottawa, Canada, on 18 November 2001 (see annex).
