Given the “Generation Safe & Healthy” thematic focus of the World Day in 2018 and in light of the Global March 20th Anniversary, the panel discussion will focus on the need for accelerated action to end hazardous child labour and improve the safety and health of young workers of legal working age, with a particular focus on the situation of girls in child labour and young female workers.

Dado el enfoque temático “Generación Segura y Saludable” del Día Mundial en Contra del Trabajo Infantil en 2018 y a la luz del aniversario 20 de la Marcha Global, la mesa redonda se centrará en la necesidad de una acción acelerada para acabar con el trabajo infantil peligroso y mejorar la seguridad y la salud de los jóvenes trabajadores en edad laboral legal, con un enfoque particular en la situación de las niñas en el trabajo infantil y las jóvenes trabajadoras.
