본 발명 펠릿 제조 시스템은, 원재료를 파쇄하는 파쇄부, 상기 파쇄부로부터 제조되는 목분을 건조하여 습기를 제거하는 건조부, 상기 건조부로부터 공급되는 목분을 미리 설정된 중량으로 나누어 공급하는 정량 공급부, 상기 정량 공급부로부터 공급되는 목분을 성형하여 펠릿을 제조하는 펠릿제조부, 상기 제조된 펠릿을 냉각시키고, 찌꺼기를 선별하여 제거하는 냉각 선별부 및 상기 원재료, 목분 및 펠릿을 이송하는 이송수단을 포함하는 펠릿제조장치; 상기 펠릿제조장치를 구동하는 구동부; 상기 펠릿제조장치의 파쇄, 성형 및 제조 동작에 상기 구동부의 출력을 배분하여 제공하도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하되, 상기 건조부는 상기 파쇄부에 연결되어 상기 파쇄부로부터 제조되는 목분을 건조하기 위한 건조기와, 상기 건조기, 차량의 엔진, 차량의 라디에이터와 연결되어 냉각수가 이동되는 바이패스관과, 상기 바이패스관 상에 설치되어 상기 차량의 엔진으로부터 공급되는 냉각수가 상기 건조기로 이동되도록 하기 위한 솔레노이드밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하면, 차량 1대를 벌목이 이루어지는 벌목장이나 폐목을 수집할 수 있는 임야, 톱밥이 발생되는 제재소 등 다양한 장소로 신속하게 이동시켜 펠릿을 제조할 수 있어서, 벌목장과 펠릿제조시스템 사이의 운송비용을 절감하고, 운송에 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있어 펠릿제조 과정의 효율을 높일 수 있고, 목분을 건조하기 위하여 목재 원료나 석탄, 천연가스 등의 다른 재료를 태워서 열을 공급하기 위한 별도의 열원을 필요로 하지 않아서 열원설비가 생략되어 시스템을 간소화시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
