Upon expiration of the aforesaid thirty (30) days, the creditor of a debt for unpaid common expenses may obtain a cautionary notice of attachment of the real property right over the time share or vacation club right or the individual accommodation of the delinquent titleholder, without any requirement other than the presentation in the Registry of Property of a certificate of attachment executed by an authorized officer of the managing entity under oath, either before a notary public setting forth the following:

Transcurrido el término de treinta (30) días, el acreedor de una deuda por concepto de gastos comunes podrá obtener una anotación preventiva de embargo sobre el derecho real de multipropiedad, derecho vacacional o alojamiento del titular delincuente, sin ningún otro requisito que la presentación en el Registro de la Propiedad de una certificación de embargo suscrita por un oficial autorizado de la entidad administradora bajo juramento ante un notario público o cualquier oficial autorizado para tomar juramentos, o bajo afirmación, sujeto a las penalidades de perjurio del Código Penal, estableciendo lo siguiente:
