In this connection, the Committee wishes to draw attention to the conclusions of the Colloquy on "Human Rights without Frontiers" which was organised by the Committee of Experts for the promotion of education and information in the field of human rights on 30 November and 1 December 1989 (document DH-ED (89) 21).
