The radiation detector (100), which has a plurality of single-photon-counting imaging cells, is, with respect to each imaging cell, provided with: a photodiode (3) to which a reverse-bias voltage is imposed and that generates a current signal in response to the entry of radiation; a previous-stage DA converter (d1) that corrects an input signal on the basis of the current signal generated by the photodiode (3); an amplifier (k2) that amplifies the signal corrected by the previous-stage DA converter (d1); a later-stage DA converter (d2) that corrects the charge signal amplified by the amplifier (k2); a pulse height discriminator (9) that discriminates output signals on the basis of the signal corrected by the later-stage DA converter (d2); and a counter (10) that counts the discriminated signals.
