واستُعيض في اللجنة الفنية المعنية بالقوانين، عن بعض مشاريع القوانين بنصوص جديدة واقتُرحت قوانين جديدة إضافية، وذلك بصفة عامة لأغراض الامتثال لأحكام تشريعات الاتحاد الأوروبي
