Komise by pana poslance ráda informovala, že v souladu s pravidly a postupy stanovenými pro výběr projektů řídícím orgánem neexistuje mezi poskytovatelem dotace a konečným příjemce před podepsáním smlouvy o poskytnutí dotace žádný právní vztah.

The Commission would like to inform the Honourable Member that, in accordance with the rules and procedures laid down for the selection of projects by the managing authority, there is no legal relationship between the provider of the grant and the final beneficiary before the signature of the grant contract.
