Um eine magnetische Sauerstoffmeßeinrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß die Justage erheblich vereinfacht wird, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die hantelförmigen Gasvolumina, Spiegel und Kompensationsspulen auf einer Grundplatte in silizium-mikromechanischer Bauweise als zusammenhängende Baueinheit integriert ist, bzw. daß die hantelförmigen Gasvolumina, aus einer Grundplatte sowie zwei damit verbondeten Deckplatten aus fotoaktivem Glas bestehen und zusammen mit Spiegel und Kompensationsspulen als zusammenhängende Baueinheit ausgebildet ist.

In order to improve this type of instrument for the magnetic measurement of oxygen so as to considerably simplify adjustment, the invention suggests that the dumbbell-type gas volumes, the mirror and the bucking coil be mounted onto a supporting plate as an integrated structural element based on the micromechanical structural pattern of silicone, and that the dumbbell-type gas volumes, consisting of a supporting plate and, positively fitted thereto, two capping plates of photosensitive glass, be mounted together with the mirror and the bucking coils to form a built-in structural unit.

Pour perfectionner ce type d'appareil de mesure magnétique de l'oxygène de manière à simplifier considérablement l'ajustement, il est proposé, selon l'invention, que les volumes gazeux du modèle haltère, le miroir et les bobines de compensation soient incorporés sur une plaque support comme unité de construction intégrée selon le schéma structurel micromécanique du silicium, et que les volumes gazeux du modèle haltère, constitués d'une plaque support et, en liaison avec celle-ci, deux plaques de couverture de verre photosensible, soient montés avec le miroir et les bobines de compensation en tant qu'unité de construction intégrée.
