Mr. Pulido León (Venezuela), speaking on behalf of the Group of # and China, expressed appreciation to the Director of the Programme Planning and Budget Division for his introduction of the report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) ( # ) and to the Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (ACABQ) for his introduction of the related report of the Advisory Committee ( # dd # ) He pointed out, however, that their late publication had not allowed time for a careful analysis of the issues which they covered

El Sr. Pulido León (Venezuela), hablando en nombre del Grupo de los # y de China, expresa su reconocimiento al Director de la División de Planificación de Programas y Presupuesto por su presentación del informe del Secretario General sobre el Instituto de las Naciones Unidas para Formación Profesional e Investigaciones (UNITAR) ( # ) y al Presidente de la Comisión Consultiva en Asuntos Administrativos y de Presupuesto (CCAAP) por su presentación del informe conexo de la Comisión Consultiva ( # dd # ). Señala, sin embargo, que a causa del retraso en la publicación de los informes no se ha dispuesto de tiempo suficiente para analizar con detenimiento las cuestiones que en ellos se exponen
