The purpose of this Fund is to finance: the regular secretariat and general support services provided by the Secretariat; technical supervision and administrative support to the programs; and multilateral integral development programs, as established in Article 32 of the Charter and as specified in the approved program-budget.

El destino de este Fondo es financiar los servicios regulares de la Secretaría y de apoyo general prestados por ésta; la dirección técnica y el apoyo administrativo de los programas; y programas de desarrollo integral de naturaleza multilateral, según se establece en el artículo 32 de la Carta y según se identifiquen específicamente en el programa-presupuesto aprobado.
