وبعد إعادة الجدولة، أحرزت عملية السلام بعض التقدم، ولوحظ منذ الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من السنة، ارتفاع مستوى الاستقطاب الاجتماعي والسياسي، والصراع، لا سيما في داخل البلد.
