L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour stabiliser de l'anhydrite III soluble métastable ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation d'un liant hydraulique à base d'anhydrite III soluble stabilisé. Elle a également pour objet le liant hydraulique obtenu ainsi que l'utilisation de ce liant hydraulique dans l'industrie cimentaire.
