وعملا بقراري الجمعية العامة 53/98 و 54/101، قررت اللجنة إعادة إنشاء الفريق العامل المفتوح باب العضوية لمواصلة أعماله بشأن النظر في مشروع المواد المتعلقة بحصانات الدول وممتلكاتها من الولاية القضائية التي اعتمدتها لجنة القانون الدولي، وذلك من حيث شكلها في المستقبل والمسائل الموضوعية القائمة المتعلقة بها.

Pursuant to General Assembly resolutions 53/98 and 54/101, the Committee decided to reestablish the open-ended Working Group to continue its work on the consideration of the future form of, and outstanding substantive issues related to, the draft articles on jurisdictional immunities of States and their property adopted by the International Law Commission.

De conformidad con las resoluciones 53/98 y 54/101 de la Asamblea General, la Comisión decide volver a establecer el Grupo de Trabajo de composición abierta para que continúe su labor de examinar la forma que tendrá en el futuro el proyecto de artículos sobre las inmunidades jurisdiccionales de los Estados y de sus bienes aprobado por la Comisión de Derecho Internacional, así como las cuestiones sustantivas pendientes relacionadas con dicho proyecto de artículos.

Во исполнение резолюций 53/98 и 54/101 Генеральной Ассамблеи Комитет постановил вновь учредить Рабочую группу открытого состава для продолжения своей работы по рассмотрению будущей формы проектов статей о юрисдикционных иммунитетах государств и их собственности, принятых Комиссией международного права, а также нерассмотренных вопросов существа, касающихся этих статей.
