Aus Anlaß dieses besonderen Jahrestags möchte ich die Mitbrüder im Bischofsamt auf dem ganzen Erdkreis einladen, sich in dieser Zeit der geistlichen Gnade, die der Herr uns anbietet, dem Nachfolger Petri anzuschließen, um des kostbaren Geschenks des Glaubens zu gedenken.

On this happy occasion, I wish to invite my brother bishops from all over the world to join the Successor of Peter, during this time of spiritual grace that the Lord offers us, in recalling the precious gift of faith.
