ونظرا للتخفيض الكبير في حجم البعثة، يقترح نقــــــل وظيفــــــة من الرتبة ف-3 من القسم الهندسي لتدبير اعتماد لوظيفة موظف مطالبات ومسح ممتلكات يقوم شاغلها بالوظائف المتعلقة بالممتلكات ومسح الأبنية والمساعدة في عملية التصرف فيها، ونقل وظيفة موظف وطني من فئة الخدمات العامة من قسم دعم العمليات اللوجيستية لتدبير اعتماد لوظيفة مساعد سفر وتأشيرات دخول يقوم شاغلها بالوظائف المتعلقة بشحن الأمتعة الشخصية والتخليص الجمركي.

In the light of the substantial drawdown of the Mission, it is proposed that a post at the P-3 level be redeployed from the Engineering Section so as to accommodate a Claims and Property Survey Officer post, the incumbent of which would perform functions related to claims and survey of premises and aid in the disposal process, and that a national General Service post be redeployed from the Logistics Operations Support Section to accommodate a Travel and Visa Assistant post, the incumbent of which would perform functions with respect to shipments of personal effects and customs clearance.

En vista de la considerable reducción de la Misión, se propone redistribuir un puesto de categoría P-3 de la Sección de Ingeniería a la Dependencia de Reclamaciones y Fiscalización de Bienes, donde el titular del cargo ejercería funciones relacionadas con las reclamaciones y la fiscalización de locales y ayudaría al proceso de enajenación de esos bienes, y transferir un puesto de servicios generales de contratación nacional a la Sección de Apoyo a las Operaciones Logísticas para un auxiliar de viajes y visados, donde el titular del cargo ejercería funciones con respecto a los envíos de efectos personales y su paso por aduanas.

Compte tenu de la forte réduction des effectifs de la Mission, il est également proposé de transférer un poste P-3 de la Section du génie afin de créer un poste pour un agent de contrôle du matériel et des réclamations qui assumerait les fonctions touchant à l’examen des réclamations et au contrôle des installations, et aiderait à gérer le processus de liquidation, et de transférer un poste de la Section d’appui aux opérations logistiques afin de créer un poste pour un assistant (voyages et visas) qui assumerait les fonctions liées à l’expédition des effets personnels et au dédouanement.
