An endplate for an intervertebral disc prosthesis includes: a baseplate, sized and configured to fit within at least a portion of an intervertebral space, and an anterior portion having an outer vertebra-contacting surface extending outwardly from the baseplate at an acute angle with respect to an axis of the baseplate, and being provided with an opening configured to receive a fastener.

La présente invention concerne une lame vertébrale pour une prothèse de disque intervertébral qui comprend : une plaque de base, dimensionnée et configurée pour s’ajuster dans au moins une partie d’un espace intervertébral, et une partie antérieure ayant une surface en contact avec une vertèbre s’étendant vers l’extérieur depuis la plaque de base à un angle aigu par rapport à un axe de la plaque de base, et étant pourvue d’une ouverture configurée pour recevoir une fixation.
