본 발명의 압력 전환 긴장장치는 방광 앞 요도 좌우에 위치하는 레찌공간들(Retzius Space)에 삽입되어 그 공간들을 점유하는 탄력부와, 요도 아래를 지나가도록 탄력부들을 가로질러 설치되어 V자 모양을 이루는 지지부로 이루어져, 복압이 증가되어 레찌공간들이 수축됨으로 인해 탄력부가 변형되면 지지부가 긴장하여 요도를 지지함으로써 요실금을 치료하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의해, 수술시간의 단축, 수술의 합병증 및 부작용이 감소하고, 수술비용이 감소하며, 고가의 수입 수술재료의 대체에 의한 비용이 절감된다.
