The proposed aid would enable the recipient firm to carry on a Fl 1 71 billion investment programme begun in 1975 with a petrochemical cracking plant. The main elements of the present programme relate to the development of facilities downstream of this cracking plant, including more particularly, production units for PVC, butadiene and low and high density polyethylene. This programme comprises a total of 21 projects.

Overwegende dat de voorgenomen investering bedoeld is om de betrokken onderneming in staat te stellen een investeringsprogramma van 1,1 miljard gulden voort te zetten waarmede in 1975 een begin is gemaakt door de bouw van een naftakraker ; dat het huidige programma voornamelijk gericht is op de uitbreiding van de produktieinstallaties die voortbouwen op deze kraakinstallatie, met name produktie-eenheden voor PVC, butadiëen en polyetheen lage en hoge dichtheid ; dat dit programma bestaat uit 21 afzonderlijke projecten;
