والإدارة أيضا مسؤولة عن التخطيط للأنظمة المتعلقة بالعملات الأجنبية في مجال استيراد وتصدير السلع والخدمات وما يتصل بذلك من نفقات وتمويل بالعملات الأجنبية للواردات والصادرات، والتلاعب بفواتير هذه المعاملات، والمعاملات الأخرى التي تندرج في إطار الأنظمة المتعلقة بالعملات الأجنبية ولا تخضع للإشراف أو المراقبة من قبل سلطات أخرى بالزيادة أو النقصان، ومسؤولة عن توجيه ومراقبة هذه الأنظمة والإشراف على تنفيذها.

It is also responsible for planning, directing, controlling and overseeing the implementation of foreign currency regulations in the area of the import and export of goods and services and related expenditures, financing in foreign currency of imports and exports, and underinvoicing and overinvoicing of such transactions; and other transactions under the foreign exchange regulations that are not subject to the oversight and control of other authorities.

Также на него возлагается функция планирования, управления, наблюдения и контроля в отношении соблюдения валютного режима в связи с импортом и экспортом товаров и услуг, связанными с ними расходами, финансированием импортных и экспортных операций в иностранной валюте, а также занижением и завышением размеров этих операций и другими операциями, на которые распространяется валютный режим и наблюдение и контроль за которыми не осуществляют другие компетентные органы.
