그는 이 구절을 통 해가장 자비로우신 분께서 좌정하시고 그분의 계시의광휘가 깃드 는 보좌인 자신의 가슴이 자신의 창조주를 망각하고 그분의 길에서 벗어나 그분의 영광에서 스스로를 차단하였기에 세속적인 욕망의 때 로 심히 얼룩져 있음을 고백한 것이다. 이와 관련하여 기억할 것은 한 분 참되신 하느님 당신 자신께서는 원근에 대한 일체의 고려를 초월해 계신다는 사실이다.
