فيما يتعلق بالميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة للفترة 2006-2007، تعرب اللجنة الاستشارية عن أسفها لأن العرض الوارد في ملزمة الميزانية (A/60/6(Sect.33)) أُعد بحيث ترد فيه جداول مستقلة تعرض، من ناحية، الاحتياجات من الموارد العادية والخارجة عن الميزانية والوظائف (الجدولان 33-3 و 33-4)، وتعرض من الناحية الأخرى، الموارد المشتركة التمويل والاحتياجات المتعلقة بالوظائف (الجدولان 33-6 و 33-7).

With regard to the 2006-2007 programme budget proposal, the Advisory Committee regrets that the presentation in the budget fascicle (A/60/6 (Sect. 33)) was structured with separate tables, presenting, on the one hand, resource requirements for regular and extrabudgetary resources and posts (tables 33.3 and 33.4) and, on the other hand, jointly financed resource and post requirements (tables 33.6 and 33.7).

En lo concerniente al proyecto de presupuesto por programas para el bienio 2006-2007, la Comisión Consultiva lamenta que la presentación del fascículo correspondiente (A/60/6 (Sect. 33)) se estructurara con cuadros separados, presentando, por una parte, los recursos necesarios con cargo al presupuesto ordinario y a recursos extrapresupuestarios y los puestos necesarios con cargo al presupuesto ordinario (cuadros 33.3 y 33.4) y, por otra, los recursos y los puestos necesarios de financiación conjunta (cuadros 33.6 y 33.7).

Le Comité consultatif regrette que, dans le projet de budget-programme pour l’exercice biennal 2006-2007, le fascicule contenant le chapitre 33 [A/60/6 (Sect. 33)] présente des tableaux distincts, d’une part, les ressources prévues au titre du budget ordinaire et des fonds extrabudgétaires et les postes nécessaires (tableaux 33.3 et 33.4) et, de l’autre, les ressources correspondant aux dépenses et aux postes cofinancés (tableaux 33.6 et 33.7).

Что касается предлагаемого бюджета по программам на 2006–2007 годы, то Консультативный комитет сожалеет о том, что в бюджет-брошюре (А/60/6 (Sect. 33)) бюджет представляется в виде отдельных таблиц, отражающих, с одной стороны, потребности в ресурсах, покрываемых за счет регулярного бюджета и внебюджетных ресурсов, и потребности в должностях, финансируемых из регулярного бюджета (таблицы 33.3 и 33.4), и, с другой стороны, потребности в совместно финансируемых ресурсах и совместно финансируемые потребности в должностях (таблицы 33.6 и 33.7).
