Schools and hostels will be provided with buildings, water supply, sanitation facilities etc. (ii) Secondly special drive will be organised on improving the livelihood opportunities of poor through self employment and skill training with special focus on bonded labourers, scavengers and those Adi Dravidar/Tribal families living below poverty line.
