أُبدي تعليق مفاده أنَّ قواعد التحكيم تخضع للقانون الوطني، ومن ثم فقد يتعين على مؤسسة التحكيم أنَّ تصوغ القواعد وفقا لقانون التحكيم الساري في الولاية القضائية المعنيَّة.
