ووفقا لأحكام المادتين 85 و86 من مدونة العمل والمادة 47 من النظام العام لموظفي الدولة الدائمين يكون للنقابات حق التقاضي ولها أن تمارس أمام جميع الجهات القضائية كل الحقوق الخاصة بالادعاء المدني والمتعلقة بوقائع لها مساس مباشر أو غير مباشر بالمصلحة الجماعية للمهنة التي تمثلها النقابة.

Pursuant to articles 85 and 86 of the Labour Code and article 47 of the State Agents (General Regulations) Act), trade unions have locus standi and may, before any court, exercise all the rights reserved to civil parties regarding acts causing direct or indirect harm to the collective interests of the occupation they represent.

De conformidad con las disposiciones de los artículos 85 y 86 del Código de Trabajo y del artículo 47 del Estatuto general de funcionarios permanentes del Estado, los sindicatos tienen el derecho de iniciar acciones judiciales y pueden ejercer todos los derechos reservados a la parte civil ante todas las jurisdicciones, en relación con hechos que acarreen un perjuicio directo o indirecto al interés colectivo de la profesión a la que representan.
