Provided is a semiconductor device comprising: a unit element having a first switch and a second switch that include a variable resistance layer having a resistance state that varies in accordance with the polarity of the applied voltage, each of the switches having two electrodes, two of the electrodes, one from each of the switches, being connected to each other to form a shared node, the other electrode of the first switch forming a first node, and the other electrode of the second electrode forming a second node; a first wiring connected to the first node to form a transmission pathway for signals; and a second wiring connected to the second node, and also coupled by the unit element to the first wiring.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif à semi-conducteurs comprenant : un élément unitaire comprenant un premier interrupteur et un second interrupteur qui comprennent une couche à résistance variable ayant un état de résistance qui varie en fonction de la polarité de la tension appliquée, chacun des interrupteurs ayant deux électrodes, deux des électrodes, l'une de chacun des interrupteurs, étant connectées l'une à l'autre pour former un nœud partagé, l'autre électrode du premier interrupteur formant un premier nœud, et l'autre électrode du second interrupteur formant un second nœud ; un premier câblage connecté au premier nœud pour former un chemin de transmission de signaux ; et un second câblage connecté au second nœud, et également couplé par l'élément unitaire au premier câblage.
