• The unadjusted suspended income or gain in respect of the remaining interest is deemed to be that portion of the unadjusted suspended income or gain in respect of the whole of the initial specified property (determined without reference to subparagraph 95(2)(f.9)(iii)) that the fair market value of the remaining interest, at the time it was acquired, is of the fair market value, at the particular time, of the initial specified property.
