ويبدأ التسجيل في عَين الموقع للمشاركين في الساعة العاشرة صباح يوم الأحد الموافق 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، وبعد ذلك في الساعة الثامنة صباح كل يوم طوال فترة انعقاد الاجتماع المشتَرَك.
