The Government approved the accession by Yemen to the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and instructed the competent authorities to complete the procedures for ratification of these instruments.

El Gobierno dio su conformidad a la adhesión del Yemen a la Convención Internacional para la protección de todas las personas contra las desapariciones forzadas y al Estatuto de Roma de la Corte Penal Internacional, y cursó instrucciones a los organismos competentes para que ultimasen los trámites legales relativos a la ratificación de esos dos instrumentos.

Le Gouvernement a approuvé l’adhésion du Yémen à la Convention internationale pour la protection de toutes les personnes contre les disparitions forcées et à la Convention portant création de la Cour pénale internationale (Statut de Rome) et elle a donné instruction aux autorités compétentes d’achever la procédure nécessaire à la ratification de ces deux instruments.

Правительство утвердило присоединение Йемена к Международной конвенции для защиты всех лиц от насильственных исчезновений и Конвенции о создании Международного уголовного суда (Римский статут) и поручило компетентным органам завершить необходимый процесс ратификации этих двух документов.
