قبلت اللجنة استقالة السيدة إيداه ماينا من منصب رئيسة الفريق العامل المعني بصياغة تعليق عام بشأن المادة 12، وقررت تعيين السيد غابور غومبوس رئيساً لهذا الفريق.

The Committee accepted the resignation of Ms Edah Maina as Chairperson of the Working Group on a general comment on article 12, and decided to appoint Mr Gabor Gombos as Chairperson of this Working Group.
