Vasodilator response was assessed as the change from baseline blood flow by injecting the endothelial-dependent vasodilator acetylcholine (ACh) (1.0 μg) or the endothelial-independent vasodilator nitroglycerin (NTG) (50 μg) into the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery.

La réponse vasodilatatrice a été évaluée à partir de la variation du flux sanguin par rapport au flux basal dans l'artère coronaire descendante antérieure gauche (ADG) suite à l'injection du vasodilatateur dépendant de l'endothélium, acétylcholine (ACh) (1,0 μg), ou du vasodilatateur indépendant de l'endothélium, nitroglycérine (NTG) (50 μg).
