In order to fulfil the proposed responsibilities of the team, it will be necessary to have specialized and experienced legal reform capacity to ensure that the principal Rule of Law Adviser, in close cooperation with the Political Affairs Division, is able to provide sufficient substantive quality of support to the Transitional Government of National Unity and the National Constitutional Review Commission with strategic and technical analysis, legal drafting and policy advice.
