-H.S.: I like to work with novels, I have a really good source material, it’s really inspiring to have a good source material and so I’ve done works that have adapted novels of the 20th century like J. G Ballards’ Crash, William Burrough’s Naked Lunch, Looking for Richard was by Shakespeare about Richard III and recently I finished a film called Denial based on Deborah Lipstadt’s book about Holocaust denial. I’m really interested in the source material to the screenplay, and then to the screen and I like working with both pieces of the story.

-H.S.: Me gusta trabajar con novelas, creo que es muy inspirador tener buenas historias como material original. He trabajado en la adaptación de novelas del siglo veinte como ‘Crash’ de J.G. Ballard, ‘El almuerzo desnudo’, de película llamada ‘Negación’, basada en el Holocausto. Me interesa mucho el material original, después el guion, y por último la pantalla.
