Appropriate procedures are set out by the Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation; Any decision by the Ministry to refuse the granting of refugee status to a person may be appealed in court in accordance with the law; Pursuant to article # of the Law, decisions on the termination or deprivation of refugee status shall be taken by the Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation; such decision by the Ministry may be appealed in court within a period of one month in conformity with the Law
