The waveguide power distributor comprises: a magic tee waveguide having first, second and third ports in the form of waveguides connected in a T-shape, and having a fourth port in the form of a waveguide connected to one surface of the intersection of the first, second and third ports; and a cylindrically shaped matching element which is provided facing the fourth port and makes contact with the other surface of the intersection on the inside of the magic tee waveguide.
